Frosted everything
Frosted eye makeup involves applying blue, pink, silver, or gold colors to your eyes to create a gradient of colors ranging from light to dark. To begin, make a base with lighter colors. Then, to add depth, add shimmery shadows. And when you are finished, apply mascara and eyeliner.
